Bears, Bears, and Bears!
Once you harvest a bear the options are endless so we are here to try and simplify it for you. So lets look at the different options below.
Dry taxidermy tan.
This option is a little cheaper than our Chrome Tan Option (see below). May not be as soft as a wet towel when you handle them, but they’ll look great on the wall. This is a great option if you may want to do something with the hide in the next year or two, but don’t wanna leave it in the freezer until then.
Chrome Tan
This tan, is our favorite by customers by far. These hides take anywhere from 6mo. to 18 mo turn around depending on how busy the tannery is. Usually if your bringing us your hide, so is your neighbor, and hopefully his neighbor too. However what i’m saying, is that if you’re bringing us hides typically season is in full swing and the tannery is too.
Rugging
Here is a very customer friendly price option! This is an Ala Cart option for a lack of better words, we can nearly do anything you can dream up. Possibilities are endless, but not priceless.
$1,300 minimum comes with padded backing and one color of felt.
